Spring Market Pasta

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce Fresh Linuine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
  • 6 ounces Skinless, Boneless chicken breast, bite-size pieces
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 6 ounces Asparagus, trimmed, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper flakes
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

 Method 

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, and transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Heat half of a tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute chicken until firm and lightly browned; remove from pan.
  3.  Add the remaining olive oil to the skillet. Cook and stir garlic, asparagus, and red pepper flakes in oil until asparagus is tender. Stir in chicken, and cook for 2 minutes to blend the flavors. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss pasta with chicken and asparagus mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Indredients:

Three slices of Whole Wheat Country Grain Loaf

Mild Mustard

Corned beef

Polyunsaturated mayonnaise

Cheese

Tomato

Lettuce

Cucumber

Sliced capsicum

Directions:

Cut the crusts off three slices of Whole Wheat Country Grain Block Loaf. Spread one slice with mild mustard and corned beef. Spread the other two slices with polyunsaturated mayonnaise and top with cheese, tomato, lettuce, cucumber and sliced capsicum. Enjoy!
